Hi
It's difficult to predict as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available etc
In neet 2020 cut off for AIIMS Delhi is provided below category wise :-
Category cut off rank cut off marks
General 51 705
Obc 218 692
Sc 1198 671
St 2239 660
So, if you are from obc, you need at least around 692 marks for aiims Delhi
You can check the same by downloading the result pdf available on the official website of MCC the link is provided below

Hello Aspirant...
It is impossible to have a seat in AIIMS delhi through money.
You should appear in the NEET exam and score good to get into AIIMS.
I hope it helps.
Hello,
First of all, a very heartiest congratulation for securing such good marks in your NEET examination. Secondly, I would like to say that each and every year the cut-off criteria get changed depending upon the merit list. This year it is expected to secure 40 to 45 percentile for SC/ST/OBC category ,for getting the chance of admission. The previous year's cut-off marks was 146-113.

Hello Aspirant,
See on such marks and category your sister has good chances of getting AIIMS through All India quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that she can get following colleges :-
AIIMS Kalyani
AIIMS Deoghar
AIIMS Jammu
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

You might get selected in both, IIT and AIIMS. However, you select Medical over Engineering only when youre passion is Medical Science and you prepared much more focussed for that. If it is the other way round, you focussed mainly in Engineering, parallely keeping the Medicine option open, youll probably select IIT Over Medical. Secondly after IIT, you probably have chances of getting a Strong Job Offer, however after AIIMS, unless youre interested in Government Services, you probably again need to prepare for AIIMS/NEET PG, for Postgraduate Studies in Medicine, for a Strong Medical Career.
Dear aspirant
You are surely misguided by someone then. AIIMS is the cheapest institute in india to read MBBS in whole india. It's tution fee is Around 1600-1700/annum including every charges so total cost of course 5.5yrs mbbs will be less than 10k. What will be more cheap than this. Hostel fees is around 4200/annum. Hostel fees may varies for different AIIMS. But tution fee is constant in every AIIMS.
You have to merely spend 7-8k money in 5.5 years on tution fee in AIIMS.
Getting AIIMS in India is one of the toughest things. To get any AIIMS from Gen category you must rank under 10-12k all india rank. If you want to study in AIIMS, delhi which is the topmost medical College in india currently according to nirf rank then you must come under all india rank 50 if you belong to Gen category.
Hope I may have given you enough information to clear your doubt.
If you have any queries you can comment or post new question
