The MBA in Sports Management is tailored for individuals passionate about the business of sports, covering areas such as sports marketing, event and facility management, sponsorships, and athlete management. With a focus on both domestic and international sports industries, the programme integrates theory with real-world applications through internships, live projects, and collaborations with sports organizations. Graduates are prepared for leadership roles in sports federations, clubs, leagues, and marketing agencies worldwide.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC / ST candidates) in aggregate and must have qualified in any of the national-level management aptitude tests and Alliance Management Aptitude Test (AMAT).
Admission Details
Candidates are evaluated on the below mentioned criteria:
- Academic Performance
- Nationalised Management Test Scores and Alliance Management Aptitude Test
- Oral Extempore Presentation: Candidates are required to appear for an Oral Extempore Presentation before a panel, for a maximum duration of three minutes on a topic given on the spot. The presentation will be evaluated on content, relevance, and clarity in communication
- Personal Interview Performance: A personal interview would be the final step in the selection process. The overall personality of a candidate would be evaluated
