You can to anything in this, but as per the previous checking is done properly and evryone is treated equaly for this. i thin this issue has been raised for the first time. but the only thing you can do is  directly contact bvp for this and let them know your iissue. may be they will forward your omr sheet for rechecking. this is the only solution you can do else you willl be judge on the basis of the marks you have scored.

As per the cut off of bvp cet law BA LLB 3 years , that is 180 , and you rank is 340, so may be you will not get seat in bvp llb 3 years. as your rank is higher tha the cut off. as i am considering you  as the general category candidate because you have not mentioned anything regarding your category. adn the chances are less of getting admission in bvp for 3 years llb, but you may get admission on the basis of mangement qouta. you can grant 100% seat over there through this qouta. in case if you may not get seat on merit basis. As the cut of for bba llb bvp is 303 rank for genral category. Now you yourself can even check by knowing your rank that you will get seat or not. as of you may not get seat there, you can also try taking admission directly without merit basis that is by management qouta. you will assurely get seat there. adn for managemnet qouta you have to follow some steps that you need to visit the college and then apply for management qouta by filling the application form and then you have to pay the fees for mangemnet qouta (which they will tell you their only) and the your admission will be done through management qouta. no till date no one has recieved the bhartiya vidyapeeth new law college. as only cut off has been released for genral category. call letter for counseling will be provided soon to ever qualified candidates till then you have to wait for this. you will be notififed for the same. all the best have a great future ahead.

As per the cut off for general category in bvp llb 3 year that is 207 , your merit rank is higher than this but still there are chance if getting seat in counseling session. But if you did not get seat in counseling than you can also take admission through management qouta in this qouta the seat is paid you need to pay the amount for management seat to get 100% assure seat over there.
