Yes, Central University of Jharkhand does offer a course in B.Ed, you may apply for it through CUCET. The eligibility criteria are as follows:

Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanity, Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks

Both are the good colleges. But MBA from Christ University is better option as per the given reviews . It's a better option because you get a good job opportunity after doing MBA.
