Subham I am sorry to say that with your 25372 GMR rank even when you if have an OBC quota reservation, you will not be able to get Chemical engineering in the top colleges like Jadavpur University, CU, Makaut etc. To get a chemical engineering you need to have atleast

The fee structure of Chandigarh University for master is arround 40 thousands.
Given fee is for 1 semester means you have to pay nearly 80K every year excluding hostel and mess.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is fairly decent, pleasant with lots of greenery in various campus, so it is good to have the mixture of modern buildings and environment at the same place for a good optimistic environment
Friendly people active campus, teachers really care here.
College Infrastructure
really like the college infrastructure. The classrooms and labs are modern and well-kept. The library is big and peaceful. Hostels are safe, and mess food is decent. The campus is green and open, with good spaces to hang out. Everything feels organized and easy to use.
