If you are a general category non-Christian, out of Karnataka domicile then it is probably not possible to get CSE at Christ University with that rank.

I can say that depends, you will have to inquire with the colleges of they have a seat available for you to transfer. Randomly you just cant transfer. Than check if these college are autonomous. Usually college that have an autonomous course

Both of Christ and St Xaviers are established and famous colleges for Bachelors degree. However St Xaviers Kolkata, has better faculty and academic outlook, when it comes to Bachelor of Science . CHRIST University is primarily famous for its flagship B.Com and Finance/Economics/Commerce Degrees.
