Television, table tennis, water filters, coolers, and coffee vending machines are the basic facilities provided at the boys' hostels. Students are provided with separate hostels for boys at the varsity.

Proper ventilation and a comfortable stay are provided at the Girls' Hostels. Washing machines, water filters, power backup, and coffee vending machines are some of the basic facilities provided.

The residential medical doctor present at the IMS Unison University regularly conducts medical checkups. To meet emergency first-aid, the campus also has an ambulance facility.

Books are provided to students in various disciplines such as mass communication, journalism, and computer sciences, research papers, publications, journals, and subject-related books. Computer Society of India and Developing library network shares space with the Learning resource centre to provide available resources among its member libraries.

Students are encouraged to participate in sports tournaments conducted by the varsity. Students are provided with various indoor and outdoor sports facilities at the campus. 

Softwares such as DB2, Visual Age for JAVA, Application Server, Oracle 8i, Visual Studio, and Websphere are available on all desktops. High-speed internet access to the students and faculty members has been installed through a leased line from reliance communications.

Multi-Cuisine food is served to students coming from different parts of the nation. The cafeteria at the campus serves healthy and nutritious food to the students, staff, and faculty members at affordable prices.

Conferences, seminars, briefings, guest lectures, project presentations, faculty development programmes, meetings, and various cultural activities are conducted at the auditorium. IMS Unison University Dehradun is provided with 2 auditoriums and five conference rooms at the campus. Both auditoriums are equipped with the latest technology.

Students are offered transport facilities at affordable rates for students, staff, and faculty members as the varsity is provided with 6 buses.

Students can access wifi from any part of the campus for the information which is required by the students.

Law students are provided with the moot court to get experience with the courtroom and to sharpen the skills of the students on the campus.
