Round 1:-

• Computer science-3117-5076.
• Information technology-3916-5975.

Cutoff for special round for OBC category :-

• Computer science-18,634-27,693.
• Information technology-17,888-28,921.

Special round 2 :-

• Cse-28116-28116.
• IT-29127-29845.

Aspirant you may have very good chances for admission in IIIT, Lucknow in cse or it also.Cutoff may varies from year to year depending upon various factors.You can try in 7 rounds of counselling and you can get atleast in special round.

Congratulations for your JEE Rank. According to me you should choose IIIT DELHI over IIIT Lucknow because :

1. IIIT DELHI(2008) is established before IIIT Lucknow (2015) .
2. IIIT DELHI has high package.
3. IIIT DELHI's infrastructure is better than IIIT LUCKNOW.
4. Alumni network is better in IIIT Lucknow.
5. And many more.

At the end the choice is your but I would prefer that you do not waste your next year for preparing again instead you choose one of them and excel your career in that college. You should have in mind that college doesn't matter in some aspect but at the end only individuality matter how you perform.

hey aspirant, if we look at the seat matrix there are 6 seats reserved for EWS category and IIIT Lucknow offer 3 courses for bachelors IT, CSE and CSE with artificial intelligence. Making a total of 18 seats fro EWS category and according to your rank the competition is very high.

Coding culture at IIIT lucknow is quite good, though others are old but I would prefer IIIT lucknow(average package this year was quite high around 18lakhs per annum).

It is practically difficult to tell you exactly wheter you will get selected for IIIT Lucknow or not. However following the previous year trends, the special round opening and closing rank for OBC category was 18k to 26k. Considering the cut off rank for just the First special counseling round, I would insist that you have a fairly high chance of getting selected for CSE branch.

The both campuses are good both comparing with academics and placement oppurtunities.Pursuing CSE from iit Lucknow is good option bcoz the branch u are choosing is also matter since CSE is in demand and comparatively more chances and upgrades.And coming to ECE at NIT kurukshetr is also good in terms of considering the demand of ECE in core companies.

But finally i would say one thing don't blindly go on once suggestion u must have the interest and zeal to get achieved to ur goal
