If you can afford for your career then choose IIIT lucknow because this is also best college but fee structure is high, for CSE fee

All seats in IIITs are allotted under All India Catgeory only. You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you have chances of getting seat in Information Technology in IIIT, Lucknow, the cut off was 16261 for general category but it is slightly difficult
