Hi Sibashistripathy, yes you can eligible for the IISER behrampur and IISER Tirupati. These two IISER's accept the range of 70 to 80 in the general category. But it is not constant, cutoff marks are changed year by year, based on number of students appeared, diffulty level of question paper

According to 2019,people who score above 90 they were alloted seats in first round, 88-89 were alloted in the second round and 83-85 were alloted in the 3rd round. By the way you will get chance to take admission in iiser and Don't loose hope.
