Although it is not mandatory to have Maths background in class 12, it is NOT possible to give the exam without Maths.

If you don't have Maths in class 12, then you can learn the basics to score atleast few marks

Yes, you can get admission in IISER 2020 without mathematics but with Biology, as the eligibility criteria specifies that the student has to be from the science stream in 12th with physics, chemistry, Mathematics or Biology as compulsory subjects.

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research offers 4 year BS and 5 year intergrated MS.There are 5 IISER Institutions aross Indian in Bhopal, Pune, Mohali, Berhampur, Kolkata, Tirupati and Thiruvananthapura.The  degree is awarded by each institution individually.It does not offer B.E/B.tech.

Integrated BS-MS program is the only course that is offered at various branches of IISER across India after 12th. The combination of subjects might change but the program is the Integrated program.
