Indian Institute of Science Education and Research offers 4 year BS and 5 year intergrated MS.There are 5 IISER Institutions aross Indian in Bhopal, Pune, Mohali, Berhampur, Kolkata, Tirupati and Thiruvananthapura.The  degree is awarded by each institution individually.It does not offer B.E/B.tech.

The admission is through

• State

Integrated BS-MS program is the only course that is offered at various branches of IISER across India after 12th. The combination of subjects might change but the program is the Integrated program. IISER Mohali and IISc Bangalore does not offer btech in nanotechnology, so you cannot apply for the same. Some Colleges which do offer btech in nanotechnology are as follows:-
