Eligibility Criteria

A Candidate for admission to the four-year degree course in Engineering must have passed the Intermediate examination (10+2) of the Board of Intermediate Education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as subjects or any other examination.

Admission to Five-Year Dual Degree Programme is made through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) conducted jointly by the IITs, Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University and the Indian School of Mines University, Dhanbad.

College Infrastructure

Yes it has all the necessary infrastructure which you can expect from an IIT , it has 3 sports ground which are big enough for all , the classrooms are very good and every classroom have a projector . Hostels are old for senior year . But 2nd year hostel is like a 5 start hotel.

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is not the best you want as it 100 years old institution. Labs are good and well-equipped. Hostels are old style. New hostels is also constructing. Wi-Fi is available in hostels. Mess food is very good. All the sports facilities are available .
