College Infra
IIT BHU has most of the essential infrastructure and facilities needed for academics and campus life. The classrooms and laboratories are well equipped and functional, supporting both coursework and research. B.Tech Mining Engineering - Batch of 2019-01-01
Academics
The quality of professors are excellent. The courses are well structured. And it really helps the students to secure their dream job. You are exposed to all fields of industry not just your own branch. Even people in core branches get placed in any company of their choice without any restrictions!
College Infra
The college shares infrastructure with BHU campus. You will feel like living in a holistic environment which supports your every day life.
The classrooms, laboratories etc are well maintained. And there are sufficient extra curriculum infrastructure as well. The hostels and mess are amazing.
Campus Life
The best. Seniors are really good and talented. Also the non academic clubs make life happening.
Placements
The placements are great. Almost all the companies from India and major companies from abroad visit us for placements. The salaries offered are also on par with other IITs with total compensation for freshers reaching easily 30LPA domestically.
The TPA is fully supportive as well. Even as an alumini.
Value For Money
The college is under GOI. Hence subsidized. 10/10 on value for money.

Academics
The quality of academics at IIT varanasi is good , the professors here are well qualified , the course curriculum is also good in my opinion , the course structure is also good and from this year all the branches courses are converted to 4yr.
College Infra
The college infrastructure is good but old , the old hostel buildings are not so good in terms of infrastructure , but the new hostels which are built are very nice , the classrooms are okay , but this year ACs and Smart boards are being installed so that is a good point.
Placements
The placement is very good at IIT BHU comparing to other IIT s , also the average package at IIT BHU is around the 22.8 lakhs per annum for this year , so this is very good . Also around 1200-1300 students got placed this year which is a very good number
