IGKV Raipur Facilities

There are many facilities available in the university. The university provides ample facilities for the students and staff members. IGKV facilities include boys hostel, girls hostel, medical clinic, sports, auditorium, library, computer centre, IT infrastructure, cafeteria, laboratories, wi-fi and many more. The library has anti-theft security systems, CCTV cameras, and an internet facility. The university library has numerous physical and online resources like journals, periodicals, e-books, e-journals in addition to textbooks and reference books. Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya Raipur facilities include an on-campus medical clinic, which provides a trained doctor. Basic first-aid treatment and emergency medicines are provided to the students and staff members. Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya sports department provides both indoor and outdoor games. The university has a separate hostel facility for boys and girls. The university computer centre and IT infrastructure are well-maintained.

Boys Hostel
The University has a boys' hostel facility that has all the basic provisions of RO drinking water and a generator. A backup facility due for power failure is also available. The hostel also provides recreational facilities like indoor and outdoor games. The safety and security of the hostel are well taken care of by the authorities.
Girls Hostel
The University has a girls' hostel equipped with all the basic facilities. Recreational facilities like television, indoor games, etc are also available. Hostels are well protected by boundary walls.
Medical/Hospital
The University has a medical facility has full-time medical officers and doctors. The medical clinic provides a dispensary, first-aid treatment, and emergency medicines to students and staff members.
Library
The university has a central library called Nehru Library which is the regional library of central India. IGKV library is fully automated and is equipped with the latest technologies like the internet, online database, etc. The library has also subscribed to national online journals, repositories, and DELNET. Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya library facility has textbooks, reference books, journals, monographs, theses, reports, e-books, CD ROM database, etc. With the help of the Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC), books can be easily searched online. The library is installed with Cybrary, that is, anti-theft security systems and CCTV cameras. Internet facility is also available.
Sports
The university has both indoor and outdoor games facilities. The indoor games include chess, carrom, table tennis, etc. Separate courts and fields are maintained for outdoor games. The institute has a well-maintained hockey field, and volleyball, handball, and badminton courts. The university sports department organizes tournaments at the university level and celebrates the annual sports day every year.
I.T Infrastructure
The university has Computer labs, departments, and offices equipped with computers. All are connected to LAN with high-speed internet. Students and faculty members can avail the facility for learning and research projects.

College Infrastructure

There is free Wi-Fi for every student. The library, classrooms, and labs are well-maintained. Hostel facility is offered for girls and boys. There is a canteen service provided. Food is average but campus is beautiful.

This college is an educational institution fulfilling the momentum of development in the farming of Chhattisgarh since its beginning in 1987.
The university gives an abundance of programs like UG, PG and PhD courses.
The university possesses 23 government colleges as its parts and 15 associated private colleges.
The entry in B.Sc. Agriculture/Horticulture is demonstrated on the ground of excellence in the CG PAT exam of the State Board.
CG PAT 2022 is a state-wide entrance examination administered by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur, for access to B.Sc. Agriculture and B.Sc. Horticulture degree programs are presented by Indira Gandhi Agriculture University (IGAU).
This exam will be administered on June 3, 2022.
Exam duration - 2 hours
200 MCQs
Three sections are there in the question paper, relying on the section chosen by the prospect.
Mathematics - PCM questions
Biology - PCB questions
The prospect has to resolve 60 questions each from Physics and Chemistry and 80 questions from Mathematics/Biology.
Offline mode.
The exam is administered in English and Hindi language.

Indira Indira Gandhi krishi Vishwavidyalaya Raipur MBA course in agriculture management which previous years minimum rank was below 350 the maximum rank was below 300. As this rank varies from one year to another depending upon the facts arisen in the process of admission in Cet examination. Number of candidate appeared in the examination, difficulty level in the examination, number of candidate qualify in this Cet examination. Depending upon All the above mentioned facts rank is decided whether it will be matched with the previous years rank or not. So it is to some extent uncertain for prediction of the rank for this year for current year for admission in MBA in Indira Gandhi krishi vishwavidyalay.

CUT OFF MARKS OF CG PAT FOR Bsc ag Hons in IGKV RAIPUR ?

Hello aspirant,

CG PAT is a state-level entrance examination administered by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur, for the admission in B.Sc. Agriculture and B.Sc. Horticulture degree courses, provided by Indira Gandhi Agriculture University (IGAU). A total of 21 colleges provide 1259 seats for B.Sc. (Agriculture), while 6 colleges provide 272 seats for B.Sc. (Horticulture). Cut off is the minimum rank or marks that the aspirants should score to get admission or for getting shortlisted for counselling. CPEB does not officially declare any cut off for CG PAT 2021. As IGKV is one of the best universities for studying agricultural course, the cutoff for the courses offered in the university are usually higher and aspirants must secure a rank below 300 for getting admission in this university.
