College Infrastructure
The IGNOU campus is very huge. The campus has a well- furnished library, computer labs and online learning support. Online study materials also available including video lectures and they are accessible from anywhere.
Best Distance Learning University.

IGNOU'S infrastructure is a mixed bag: functionally brilliant at the core (the books and the digital access) but often administratively frustrating at the local level. It works best for self-motivated learners who treats the local centre as a last resort, not a primary resource.

Good infrastructure with good faculties. Having different departments with works very nicely . Helps the students on the given times also having good library and all the books are available with them.

Yes, IGNOUs PG Diploma in Geriatric Medicine is usually offered and continues to run as part of its medical and health sciences programmes. For the 2026 cycle , IGNOU generally opens admissions i jaunary and july sessions , and you can check official IGNOU prospectus or student portal

Yes, you can do an IGNOU B.Ed (distance mode) along with a regular M.Sc from another university at the same time.
UGC rules now allow students to pursue two degree courses simultaneously.
One course should preferably be in distance/ODL mode and the other in regular mode, which fits your
