Jamia Millia islamia University is a minority institution and has reservations for the students of the Muslim religion. You would be marked as a general Candidate and with this much of a percentile you won't be able to make it in by getting a seat for pursuing Bachelor's in technology. Which is best preparation material for jmi bcom entrance exam

Hello student the best preparation material for jmi bcom is book by arihant publication you may purchase the book on amazon /flipkart.

Else there are some online portal which provide mock test so that may also help you. Don't forget to do previous year question if possible because that's must.

I got 89.5 percentile in jee main and obc category can I get CS branch in jmi

According to your percentile, your rank will be something between 180,000 to 195,000 (common rank list). Based on last year trend , the general cut off for CSE in JMI was around 33,995 (till round 6). Even with OBC quota, you'd have to have a rank under 60,000 to get CSE in JMI. So, the chances are low for you.

What is the exam date for JMI B. Tech entrance examination?

Hi, JMI doesn't have it's own entrance exam for b tech, rather you have to appear for JEE Main 2019 and based on the scores the merit list is announced. The JEE Mains 2019 was held from 7th to 12th April.

What is the opening and closing rank for obc in jmi

Hello sir,

Jamia Milia Islamia situated in New Delhi accepts admission the basis of marks scored in JEE mains and then you need to appear for counselling process.

If you are Muslim OBC, the cutoffs begin from around 13000 in the 1st round, and close at around 38000 in the 6th round. This data is according to the cutoffs released in 2018. There may be little variations for this year.

What is meant by 50% seats are reserved for muslims in jmi faculty of law???

Hello,

Reservation refers to the seats which cannot be given to other people which are not mentioned. If there is 100 seats, then 50% means that 50 seats will be reserved for candidates belonging to Muslims. There is seat matrix. In seat matrix, usually the reserved seats and open eats are shown. There are reservations for SC/ST, PwD, EWS.

College Infrastructure

The campus was not at all maintained well. The basic facilities were there but in bad condition, the expectations that i had from he campus were not fulfilled as the delhi univeristy campus was better.

The Environment is very peaceful inside the campus.

College Infrastructure

Jamia's science department is also in good condition. Wi-Fi connectivity is available in the majority of the campus areas, such as the library and laboratories.The hostel facilities are clean and good, and students are provided with four meals a day breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner. There are laundry and medical facilities available, too, and function effectively.

colleges infrastructure is fabulous and JMI is built on 2 sides of the road . JMI has one of the biggest library which is Dr Zakir hussain library. the campus is clean and all classes are well equipped with projectors which makes it easy for us to understand concepts . also there is a fighter jet in the engineering department
