Hi, the rank cut off list for 2019 will be out in the month of July. But according to last year's first cut off list, for Muslim OBC marks were as follows for the courses:

Civil- 153

Computer- 175

Electrical- 154

 Electrical and comm- 154

Mechanical- 169

No you don't have to qualify JEE MAINS. But you should hold the diploma in an engineering stream recognized by AICTE or a state board of technical education of 3-4 years of duration with at least 55% marks.

The cutoff marks for Muslim OBC is 133. And you have scored more than 55%(minimum required for eligibility) in 12th standards. So yes you do have a decent chance of seeking admission in JMI.

In order to get admission in JMI the eligibility criteria is that the candidate should have passed 12th or equivqlent from recognised board. He must passed exam with physics, chemistry, mathematics as main subjects respectively. He must passed exam with minimum score of 55% in PCM. So as
