The entrance exam for session 2019-20 for all undergraduate courses will be held between June 12th-June 29th, 2019. You need to stay updated with respect to the exact date of the entrance exam as they haven't updated it yet. I'm attaching a link below from where you can get additional information about the exam.

There are good chances that you might get admission in Jamia Milia Islamia as they have reservation for Muslim minorities.
Since you have not mentioned your rank here, I will suggest you to check their previous year cut offs to get a better idea about the branch that you might get there.

Jamia Millia islamia central university, New Delhi does not conduct entrance examinations for admissions to its bachelor's in technology or even for bachelor's in architecture courses offered by it. You need to apply and appear for the JEE entrance test and qualify it with a good score and a good rank to get admissions to the Bachelor's in technology course. Faiza you being a girl will get the Muslim women's quota but 64 marks are a bit low and would make it difficult for you to get a seat in Jamia millia for pursuing btech.

You have not mentioned your home state, so considering you are from Delhi. Here are the probable colleges for you:-
1) NIT Rourkela:- Mining Engineering
2) NIT Hamirpur:- Chemical Engineering
3) IIIT Pune:- CSE
4) MNNIT Allahabad:- Chemical Engineering
5) NIT Jalandhar:- ICE
As for JMI ( Considering you are Muslim OBC)
1) Civil Engineering:- closing rank 41k for round 2
2) CSE:- Closing rank 38800 for last round
3) ECE:- closing rank 42k for round 2
4) EE:- closing rank 45k for round 2
5) Mechanical:- closing rank 43k for round 2
So, hopefully, you can get any branch in JMI, if the cutoffs lower down a bit this year.

No, You need to have high rank to get admission in this college as the cutoff remains very high every year.Try for admission in other top private colleges through state counselling based on your jee mains rank like GIET,NIST,GITA,etc.

jamia has a really calm and green campus , the mix of heritage buildings and new constructions gives its unique charm . hostels are available , though not for everyone and wifi across overall the campus .
