For MCA in DU the cutoff in 2021 was 15% to interview / group discussion and 85% weightage to candidates performance in written exam. So if you fulfill the eligibility criteria you will surely get the seat.

You can go for further studies after MCA from any graduate field. The National Testing Agency conducts Delhi University Master of Computer Applications ( DU MCA ) entrance examination. It is a computer-based exam for 2 hours.

In the year 2019 the second and the third cutoff list in MCA course was 46.84 and 46. 74

Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) is a public central major research university located in New Delhi, India. It was established in 1969 and named after Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first Prime Minister. The university is known for leading faculties and research emphasis on liberal arts and applied sciences.

JNU is one of the best universities in India. It will be a good choice to do MBA from JNU.

2022 Admission Process :-

  1. The Application Form will be filled through online mode.
  2. JNU Admission process 2022 will be followed by a university level entrance exam called JNUEE.
  3. Registration process for the JNU MBA will be regulated from the 1st week of May 2022 to 1st week of June 2022.
  4. The exam will be conducted for shortlisting the candidates for admission in the various UG, PG and Ph.D. level programs at JNU and its affiliated institution.
  5. JNU will use CAT scores for selecting the candidates for the M.B.A programme.
  6. IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the programme. Those having applied to the MBA programme of ABVSME, JNU, on qualifying the CAT will be shortlisted for the interview.
  7. Candidates are advised to keep the printout of filled application form and fee receipt for future references.
  8. Candidates will have to score more than prescribed cut off score to be eligible for the admission procedure. The cut off marks will be made available through the website of university.

JNU MBA 2022 Eligibility Criteria:-

  1. For General Category candidates a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (of all the years/semesters) or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying degree is required.
  2. However, OBC candidates a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate (of all the years/semesters) or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying degree is required.
  3. Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply.
  4. If selected, such candidates will be allowed to join the programme provisionally, only if she/he submits a certificate by a certain date (to be decided by the University in due course).
  5. Similarly, for SC/ST/PWD candidates a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (of all the years/semesters) or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying degree is required.
  6. The bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent.
  7. Candidates applying to the MBA program of ABVSME, JNU, will be shortlisted only after qualifying the CAT Exam.

The MA Entrance Exams are conducted in both Hindi and English for all subjects including Philosophy, Sociology, Psychology, Geography, Political Science, History, Economics, Anthropology and ever the Arts subject.

But the entrance exam for MA Hindi is conducted in Hindi only and the entrance exam for MA English is conducted in English only .

Cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like

-> Number of seats available

-> Difficulty level of the exam

-> Number of students appeared in the exam

-> Caste Category of the students, etc

The infrastructure at JNU's School of Engineering is steadily improving and fully operational. Classrooms are equipped with modern amenities, including projectors for interactive learning. Laboratories are being progressively updated with new tools and instruments. Students benefit from access to the central library, widely regarded as one of the finest in India. Hostel accommodation is budget-friendly, and the mess serves satisfactory meals. The campus has stable Wi-Fi connectivity, along with sports facilities and a health center that enhance the overall student experience

My experience is so good and it would be my best decision.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the collage is designed perfectly. There are different areas manufactured as sports area, library, etc. The areas are well cleaned and manufactured. Areas are allowed from morning to mid evening.
