yes, negative marking is applicable in JNU.
According to the JNU exam pattern of last year for M.A Programme
In this exam paper their will be 100 objective and subjective type questions.
For this paper, Negative marking is applicable.

as JNU does not have a UG course for psychology, it is not possible to do both the subjects at the same time. However, you can purse B.A. (hons) in korean language.
here is there eligibility rule for admission in any language hons ug course:
Candidate must not be less than 17 years of age and must have passed Senior School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent examination with minimum of 45% marks.

Select Previous Years Question Papers and you'll be directed to the official site of NTA. On the website of NTA, click on Downloads, where you can enter the year and course to obtain the desired question papers.

hope you are doing great. As per your query I would glad to tell you that you dont need to worry at all in your case . This kinds of mistakes generally happends while managing the size of photo . So just make sure to carry the photograph and original identity with you so that you can authenicate yourself to examiner

The entrance examination for JNU Admission 2021 will be conducted by NTA for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
If your exam subjects are clashing on the same day, there is no other way to give both the exam. You have to skip any of the exam to give one.
As it is not possible to cover the entrance in 1hrs, so it's better that you prepare for the subject in which you are good.

For IIT JAM, the minimum eligibility is that the student should have passed qualifying degree with a minimum aggregate of 55%. For different courses the essential subject at 10+2 level varies.For Msc. Biotechnology the essential subjects at 10+2 level is biology so you will be eligible for that.
