Yes, JNU provides MA course in history. The eligibility criteria for the course states that the candidate must have graduation degree in any relevant subject discipline with minimum 50% marks from a recognised university.
The application form 2021 for JNUEE has not been released yet, but is expected to release anytime soon as the expected date was March, 2021 only. Keep looking at the official website for updates. The minimum fee structure among these colleges for MA in economics is for JNU. It is around Rs1,260 for a year. JNU is known for masters programme and is consider among the top most colleges in India. Plus considering the hostel fees it is minimal. But it may become very difficult to qualify for the entrance for JNU.

If by CUJ you meant Central University of Jharkhand then its admission is done through CUCET regarding undergraduate courses, as of now the official admission schedule of CUCET isn't released, while in case of Jaipur National University, application form is open, to know more details regarding this visit the official website at https://www.jnujaipur.ac.in/admission-information/

Yes , If you Satisfy the eligibility criteria for the course you want to opt for in Delhi University or any other university, you can apply for the course. If you have the knowledge of the subject or Language you want to pursue, well and good. Else, before applying you can just do some online course or learn the basics of that language from any source available.

While some buildings feel old, greenery and open spaces make it pleasant. For BA French, the School of Language facilities are well-equipped, fostering a comfortable learning environment. Maintenance could be more consistent in hostels.
