Yes, BBA is offered at Jaipur National University. Eligibility is having passed 10+2 from a recognized board.Admission is based on the merit of qualifying examination.Further candidates are shortlisted on this basis and are called for Interview.

See hanuman , I understand how you feel but every university has some norms on which it works and nothing can be done regarding that. The only thing I can suggest you start taking English classes not only for this paper but also for future endeavors as most of the exams and interviews require a sufficient amount of knowledge in English language

To apply for certificate course in Japanese language from JNU you have to appear for JNUEE. Once you qualify it you will be eligible to apply for the program. Last year registration began in the second week of March so this year too you could expect the registration window to open in that duration.

Syllabus for MA French in JNU is as follows:

The entrance test will be conducted in French. The syllabus comprises of questions related to French & Francophone literature, history, civilization and culture of France and Francophone countries, linguistics and language, translation and didactics of teaching a foreign language . Further there will be evaluation based on translation skills both in English and French through translation of passages to and from both these languages.For those who qualify written test, they'll have a viva voce examination. The written test has 80% and the oral 20% weightage.

JNU has been offering a btech degree from 2018 and is packed with a dual degree. It provides a 5 year dual degree with courses namely economics, humanities and etc. and takes admission on the basis of JEE MAINS score.

The School of Engineering offers a five year dual degree programme with BTech in an Engineering discipline, and a Master’s ( MS / MTech ) programe with specializations in Social Sciences/Humanities/Science/Technology.In the first half of the dual degree programme, the students would need to do compulsory foundation courses in the areas of basic sciences, humanities, social sciences and engineering sciences apart from their departmental requirements in the core engineering discipline. The students will have options of choosing open category electives from a pool of courses to develop a broad inter-disciplinary knowledge base. This will provide them with an opportunity to do MS / MTech in an area outside their parent discipline. The dual degree programme in JNU would be novel in the sense that it would extend an opportunity to the students, especially in their fourth and fifth years of their programme to involve themselves in projects/dissertations and courses on Humanities, International Studies, Sciences, Languages, Linguistics and Social Sciences, in order to understand the demands of such disciplines and acquaint themselves with the frontier areas.
