yes you can apply through gujcet exam marks and also you can apply if you have jee mains examinations for the admission in engineering courses

According to 2016 statistics,you must have rank around 4345 to get a civil engineering branch 

Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodare is a participating college of GPAT so to get admission in this college you will have to crack GPAT exam.

Also, the registration window opens in the month of october and the exam will be held in January.
