Aero nautical Engineering is not offered by many. SRM and Manipal are two universities that offer this. I see you have tagged Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara. but it doesnt offer aeronautical engineering as far as I know and none of the IITs, NITs or IIITs offer aeronautical
