36 MonthsThe academic curriculum of B. A. is of 3 years and 6 semesters, and the fourth year of B. A. (Administration) will be considered as Internship year. In this fourth year, students have to appear for the number of Prelim, Main and Interview Exams as per actual UPSC/State PSCs Exam Pattern as scheduled by MIT-SICS throughout the year. The evaluation of the answer papers will be done by the subject experts and interviews will be conducted by eminent senior IAS/IPS/IFS officers and Professional Experts and appropriate feedback will be given to the students. The emphasis will be given on the academic curriculum as well as personality and sill development so that the student will be in a sound position to crack the Civil Services Examinations and will be a sensible citizen of India to serve for the Society and the Nation.
Eligibility Criteria
50% in 12th in HSC (10+2) examination in any stream OR 50% in three years Diploma of Board of Technical Education (OR) 45% (in case of candidates of backward class categories and persons with disability)
Admission Details
Entrance Test will be of 100 marks. The paper shall include 50 Multiple Choice Questions. The syllabus for the Entrance Test shall cover following topics
- Current Events (National & International)
- General Issues on Environment
- English
- Data interpretation
- Logical Reasoning
- General Mental Ability
- Indian Polity, Geography & History of India. (Up to the XII Standard)
The syllabus for the Entrance Test shall be displayed on the university website well in advance.
