Ph. D in Architecture at MIT ADT University Offline Course

To apply for Ph.D. program admission at MITADT University in a related subject in the Faculty, applicants fulfilling any of the following criteria shall be treated as eligible:

• Candidates having good academic record i.e. have passed X, XII Std., Graduation, Post-Graduation with first division i.e. at least 55% marks or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA). Five percent (5%) relaxation in the required percentage of marks will be given to the students of State of Maharashtra belonging to SC/ST/DTNT/SBC/OBC categories.
• Candidates with exceptional abilities having passed graduation in relevant discipline with 60% of marks in degree examination with at least 15 years of professional experience after graduation in the related field. However, their eligibility is subject to the approval by the competent authority of MITADT University.
• Foreign candidates (applicants) with 50% or equivalent GPA at Master’s degree level.
• Senior citizens with Master’s degrees may also apply. However, their eligibility is subject to recommendations of the Dean of faculty concerned and final approval by the Vice-chancellor of MIT-ADT University.

Exemption from Appearing Written Entrance Test (PET): The candidate fulfilling the following condition will be exempted from Entrance Test:

• Qualified in GATE (valid score*)
