The Ph.D in Law program is a full-time, research-intensive program that typically takes between three to five years to complete. The program is structured around two main components: coursework and research. In the coursework component, students will be required to complete a series of core courses that provide a broad foundation in legal theory and research methods. Students will also have the opportunity to select elective courses that are relevant to their research interests. The research component of the program involves the production of an original thesis that contributes to the development of legal knowledge and practice.


Eligibility Criteria

Admission to the Ph.D in Law program is highly competitive, and candidates are required to have a strong academic background in law or a related field. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Law or a related field from a recognized institution. a research proposal outlining their intended research area and methodology, as well as a writing sample that demonstrates their ability to produce high-quality scholarly work.
