Nagaland University is a Central University which was established in the state of Nagaland by an Act of Parliament by the Government of India in 1989. The University of Nagaland is accredited by NAAC and it has approvals from organisations such as National Knowledge Network (NKN), NCTE, UGC and many others. The University of Nagaland offers a total number of 13 programmes in various streams such as M.Ed, M.Sc, M.Com, MA, PGD, M Phil, PhD and many others.
