Eligibility Criteria

A candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.

Admission Details

Admission of NIT Hamipur is based on the performance in the Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main). There is no need to apply separately to each NIT. Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA), constituted by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India, comprising of the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) and the Joint Admission Board (JAB) conduct and supervise the admission process of candidates to various NITs through centralized online counseling process.

Campus is good... covered with lush green forest... greenery is in the air.. lecture halls are in good condition.lab instruments are also good.hostels are average.cleaniless happens on daily basis.it also include big playground as well as indoor game centres.

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is good as everything which is needed is present here. All the basic requirements are fulfilled by college. There is some problems in the room . But allover it's a better college from the infrastructure point of view.
