The offered programme is of four semesters duration spread over a period of two years. The programme offers core courses, elective courses, projects and summer internship at the end of first year. The Department offers dual specialization with both as major specializations.

The programme may be offered in following four specializations: 1. Human Resource Management 2. Marketing Management 3. Operations Management 4. Financial Management However, the specializations will be offered to the students based on the availability of the faculty of the specific specialization.

Eligibility Criteria

For admission in MBA programme, the applicant must have CGPI of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) or 60% marks in case of Open/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates in the qualifying degree (Bachelor degree or equivalent in any discipline of minimum three years duration). Whereas in case of SC/ST candidates, a CGPI of 6.0 on a 10-Point scale (or equivalent) or 55% marks in qualifying degree shall be applicable.

Admission Details

The admission to MBA programme shall be done either centrally as per MHRD guidelines or by the institute on the basis of valid CAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT Score in any discipline/stream, or qualified any other written examination conducted by Centralized Admission Examination Body.

College Infrastructure

The campus is scenic and well-maintained, offering excellent, facilities like tech-enabled classrooms and a strong Wi-Fi network. The library has all finance and HR resources, but rooms in the hostel should be more updated.

My Institute is best to complete MBA program.

College Infrastructure

Hostel in the institute are extremely good. The boys hostel names are given on the basis of the various mountain ranges of Himalayas .free Wi-Fi service 24*7. Infrastructure in our Institute is very good and maintenance is good and classrooms are spacious.

College Infrastructure

NIT Hamirpur has a huge campus with every facility provided inside the campus for the students. General stores, cafes, food courts , sports facilities, gym, indoor games facilities, auditorioum etc many facilities are here for us. Classrooms also contains smart screens and AC's . Living spaces, hostels everything is clean and hygienic.
