MBA at RTU Kota Offline Course

Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a two-year full-time postgraduate Management department course and it is offered by Rajasthan Technical University, Kota and approved by All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE).

Department of Management Studies (DOMS) came into existence in the year 2007 at UCE with a vision to educate, enrich, empower the students to develop and enhance his/her managerial skills. In a very short time, it has emerged as one of the premier management institutes in India. It offers a 2-Year MBA programme and Doctoral Programmes (PhD) in various specialization areas of Management.

Students educated and passed from here have been gracefully placed in leading Banks, corporate houses, Government positions, and Educational Institutions etc. Some of the leading employers are Qatar Airways, Infosys, ITC, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Syndicate Bank, HDFC Bank, Birla Sunlife, Reinspire, Wonder Cement.
The syllabus of MBA at RTU has been recently modified to incorporate the need of the corporate world and to enhance the managerial and soft skills and employability of the student. It is the only state university in Rajasthan that offers an MBA degree with Dual Specialization.
Teaching at DOMS is highly practical and focused on developing the overall personality of the student. Besides imparting theoretical knowledge, the curriculum stresses on developing analytical skills, communication, problem-solving and teamwork abilities. Hence, Management Event-ACME, Industrial Visit, case studies, industry projects, presentations, research work, and role plays form an integral part of students tenure at DOMS.
