Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must have passed the BE/B.Tech. or Equivalent degree with at-least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates)
or equivalent CGPA in CSE/ECE/IT discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
Admission Details
There are the following three possible methodologies to secure admission into the M.Tech. program at SMVDU as illustrated below:
- Through CCMT: The admission will be based on Rank as secured by a candidate in CCMT. The counselling for admissions and subsequent allotment of seats shall be done by CCMT.
- Direct Counselling by SMVDU based on valid GATE Score: Seats will also be filled through Direct Counselling to be conducted by the University on the basis of applications received from candidates and allotment of seats will be based on valid GATE score and Interview.
- Through SMVDUEE: To be conducted at various centers in selected cities of the country tentatively as per schedule in Table at Section 4. The online counselling shall be conducted by the University and allotment of seats shall be done on the basis of merit rank order of the candidates in SMVDUEE.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is good. It is helpful to us in various ways and requirements. The infrastructure of the hostel is also good. It is huge and many good things are available. The infrastructure of the college and hostel is echo-friendly.
Immense freedom that is more or less worth it
