It probably starts from second week of june.

When it comes to placements, VIT is better than SRM. VIT has good infrastructure and also has better teachers when compared to SRM. So, if you get an option between both of them, it would be better if you take VIT over SRM.
All the Best :)

Hello,

According to me BF. Tech in NFIT at the moment has a better career propect. The jobs for engineering are shrinking but the number is constantly growing and there less fashion designers compared to engineers and NFIT is institute of national importance but SRM  and GITAM are not national importance Institute.

Hello Devansh,

As per 2017, the cut off rank for B.E. Automobile enginnering at SRM was 55,000. Considering even the fluctuations in the cut off rank that are bound to happen in 2018, you surely will get admission for automobile engineering with 38,594.

All the best!

Hello,

According to your rank, you have less chances for admission to Mechanical Engineering branch in the main campus of SRM University. You have chances for Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering branches in the main campus.

You may have chances for admission to Mechanical Engineering branch in other campuses of SRM University.

Good luck!

Ramapuram campus is good .The academic report from that campus is Really good compared to kattankulathur campus. But no other activities like game and fests in their campus like in main campus i.e KTR.

I suggest  IT in MAIN campus

The college infrastructure is very nice and as expected because as we know the SRM college is one of the top private colleges of India which shows it's value. The campus is very clean & green which makes it even better.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure I'll say its average because it's very far from Chennai city which is around 40-45 kms away. The buildings have very less lifts as per the total number of students they have.

very well qualified faculties here & aesthetic college
