SRM University Chennai Q&A on Admission, Fee, Courses, Placements, Cutoff

First note that you must have passed in Higher secondary examination (10+2 pattern ) or appearing in Higher Secondary examination in the current academic year with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as major subjects in regular stream from any state board within India, CBSE, ISCE, Matriculation, or Nios.

The eligibility criteria regarding the Board Marks are as follows:

For Kattankulathur campus: Minimum 60% aggregate in PCM
For Ramapuram, Vadapalani and NCR, Delhi campuses: Minimum 50% aggregate in PCM

Is girls hostel available for bba

Hello AK

SRM University has 31 hostels, 18 for boys and 13 for girls. All the hostels have hi speed Wi-Fi connectivity and are provided with solar water have heating systems, mineral water supply, water cooler in each floor, generator power supply and offers multi cuisine dining facility including thai,chinese and continental food. Rooms with single cot ,study table & chair, cupboard & common mirror are available. Most hostels have common washrooms, a few blocks are available with attached bath and AC rooms too. Facilities such as gym, prayer halls, games, sports and cultural activities has been facilitated. All rooms are available in triple sharing basis.3 International hostels with modernized kitchen,library,drinking water, water heater, telephone,power supply, medical care, recreation,stationery shop, laundry point, gym, playground, indoor games, banking facility, a/c dining hall, a/c study hall and one off campus international hostel is also available.

As per details ,you can't do any correction after submission of the form,for cany rectification of error , you can contact the directorate of admissions from the university official website.

What is the eligibility criteria and last date of application.

All candidates should have qualified 10+2 (or equivalent) examination in regular stream from any recognized board from any state board within India, CBSE, ISCE, Matriculation, or NIOS. Those candidates who will be appearing for their class XII in 2018 will also be eligible to apply.

Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology / Botany & Zoology/ Biotechnology as major subjects in their 10+2 or equivalent.

Candidates who have studied International Baccalaureate (IB) with Diploma or A-level with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology / Botany & Zoology/ Biotechnology as major subjects in any International schools within India are also eligible to apply forSRMJEEE 2018.

Candidates who have NOT studied Mathematics as one of the subjects in their 10+2 or equivalent will be eligible only for Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering programmes.

Only those candidates who have passed the above mentioned qualifying examination in not more than 2 attempts will be considered for B.Tech admissions

Last date of application form is 31 march 2018

In order to take admission in SRM college you need to appear for the entrance exam.

Application form for the entrance exam is already out. Last date to fill the application form is 31st March 2018.

What is the ranking of srm university

Hello,
In the list of top government and private colleges of India in 2017,SRM UNIVERSITY,main campus has been ranked 10th.It is below VIT UNIVERSITY in ranking but it's a very well reputed private college.Campus looks really greatand placements,academics,faculties,facilitues are also nice there.

college has a food court and they do maintain the hygienic features on top. good maintain on that. labs are clean too. staffs do a job good at this keeping everything clean. it has a overall big library, enough big.
