From 2019 onwards, SRM University does accept SAT score. SRMAP will draw a Merit List, on the basis of score obtained in SAT Exam, of only those applicants who have applied to the SRMAP for admission. The seats would be awarded on basis of availability and rank/ scores of the candidates. However there would be no upgrade of seat possible.

SRMIST has announced the SRMJEEE 2022 exam dates at srmist.edu.in. The SRMJEEE phase 2 exam will be held on April 23 and 24, phase 3 will be conducted on June 25 and 26. The officials will soon start the SRMJEEE slot booking 2022 for phase 2 soon at the official website. Keep an eye on the official website or the link below for the latest information. Candidates will be able to attempt SRMJEEE mock test phase 2 soon. Once a registered candidate books a slot for appearing in SRMJEEE 2022, they will immediately be able to download their admit cards.

Yes, both the colleges have same examination, known as SRMJEE, that is conducted trice a year.

As per SRM university B.Tech admission dates, phase 1 examination was conducted on January 8 & 9. The exam date for phase 2 is April 2 & 3 and exam dates for phase 3 is on June 25 & 26.

First of all congratulations on achieving 70 percent scholarship at SRM Chennai. You would be doing your whole b.tech in almost 10L because your 70% of the tuition fees will come under scholarship.

If your hostel and mess fees are also under scholarship then your fees would be more less and that would sum upto 7-8L in course of four years.

The fee structure (Annually) in SRM University, Andhra Pradesh for Computer Science Engineering is as follows

• Category A: Rs. 95,000
• Category B: Rs. 1,85,000
• Category C: Rs. 3,15,000

Here the candidates are categorized in to A, B and C depending on the rank of the candidate and the board from which he/she has passed qualifying examination. For category A the student should have completed his/her 10+2 from CBSE Board and should have cleared the Category A cutoff in SRMJEEE. For category B the  student should have completed their 12th from CBSE Board and should have cleared the Category B cutoff in SRMJEEE. For category C Student should have completed their class 12th/Inter and should have cleared cutoff in SRMJEEE for the respective categories. Last year the rank range was as follows for each category

• Category A: 46-450
• Category B: 451-1500
• Category C: 1501-3921 (CBSE & ISCE), 46-3921 (Other Boards)

Yes, PCB student without maths are eligible for btech biotechnology in SRM.

This is because

To be eligible for SRM Btech biotechnology, maths is not mandatory.

Students with at least any one out of biology /biotechnology or Maths are eligible.

The aspiring candidates must take the SRMJEE Mock test , which is available for all the candidates in the online mode on the official website.

For Admission In B. Tech Srm University Chennai campus, it is compulsory to apply for the SRMJEEE entrance test and write the online entrance test . For SRM Delhi, Haryana, Sikkim campus you can also get admission on JEE mains score or class 12th entrance exams.

B. Tech in Genetic Engineering is an undergraduate course in genetics. The total duration of the course is of 4 years.

The eligibility criteria-

You must have completed class 10 & 12 with minimum score of 50% marks in total with physics, chemistry, biology and mathematics as main subjects.
