The fee structure (Annually) in SRM University, Andhra Pradesh for Computer Science Engineering is as follows

• Category A: Rs. 95,000
• Category B: Rs. 1,85,000
• Category C: Rs. 3,15,000

Here the candidates are categorized in to A, B and C depending on the rank of the candidate and the board

Yes, PCB student without maths are eligible for btech biotechnology in SRM.

This is because

To be eligible for SRM Btech biotechnology, maths is not mandatory.

Students with at least any one out of biology /biotechnology or Maths are eligible.
