BA Mass Communication Hons - Batch of 2027-01-01
Academics
My university provides a strong, updated academic framework. I am studying Mass Communication and Videography where one can also gain a lot of practical experiences in this college. My college has an experienced faculty, research- oriented programmes and interdisciplinary learning which provides a good environment for self-growth.
College Infra
My college St. Xavier's University, Kolkata , has all the infrastructure that can be required by a graduate student. It has well- equipped labs, spacious studios, a digital library and excellent hostels ensuring a comfortable learning atmosphere.
Campus Life
The campus life here is very lively and inclusive. It conducts a lot of fests, cultural events, clubs and seminars. One can enjoy a proper blend of academics and creativity. Sport events are also conducted here. The students and the teachers here are also very friendly.
Placements
This college has a good placement opportunity and it is improving day by day. I feel that the starting package offered by the placement jobs is enough for a starter. Not only that my college also provides consistent support, internships and career counselling that also helps us in strengthening our resume.
Value For Money
The fees of this college is quite high but considering the top-notch infrastructure, experienced faculty and the exposure offered, this university provides great value for money. The fees are justified seeing the overall academic experience and opportunities provided.

Academics
The teachers were knowledgeable but management is not cooperative they should focus more on club activities rather the college facilities. Thus I'm giving three stars only in this column. Other vuse faculties were pretty good.
College Infra
There are well-furnished labs, classrooms and a library, and there is a free Wi-Fi connection in the college. The food provided by the mess is decent and in addition, the campus has various other refreshment outlets also.
Placements
The companies that recruited students from the campus were Oki General, Amazon, Deloitte, Hdfc bank, ICICI Bank, Deskera, Kotak Mahindra Bank. Top roles offered at our campus are sales and marketing executive, assistant manager, HR manager, and business analysis.
