MBA Executive at XBS Kolkata Offline Course

The final selection of the applicant will be based on his/her composite score prepared by Xavier Business School, which considers assessment of the applicant from different dimensions, which includes the following:

• Past Academic Scores [Class X, XII and Graduation] (Weightage: 20%)
• Xavier Management Aptitude Test (XMAT) - [50 Marks - 1 Hour] to be conducted by St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata. (Weightage: 20%)
• Personal Interview (Weightage: 30%)
• Work Experience (Weightage: 30%)

XBS Admissions Committee reserves the right to modify these components while communicating these to the applicants at the Individual Assessment stage (Personal Interview). The overall objective will be to identify and assess the candidate’s potential for a managerial career.
