24 MonthsMBA Executive is two-year full-time postgraduate Regular (For Working Professionals only) course offered by St Xavier's University, Kolkata.
Specializations - Marketing, Finance, HR and Business Analytics.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant should possess an Undergraduate Degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a recognized University (Approved by UGC), with a minimum of 45% marks (or equivalent grade point) in aggregate.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 2.5 years of full-time work experience (As on 30.06.2024) in one or more registered companies. Applicants must be currently employed.
Admission Details
The final selection of the applicant will be based on his/her composite score prepared by Xavier Business School, which considers assessment of the applicant from different dimensions, which includes the following:
- Past Academic Scores [Class X, XII and Graduation] (Weightage: 20%)
- Aptitude Test [50 Marks - 1 Hour] to be conducted by the St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata. (Weightage: 20%)
- Personal Interview (Weightage: 30%)
- Work Experience (Weightage: 30%)
XBS Admissions Committee reserves the right to modify these components while communicating these to the applicants at the Individual Assessment stage (Personal Interview). The overall objective will be to identify and assess the candidate’s potential for a managerial career.
