Academic structure is very good, teachers are supportive very much, they teach us very well, very helpful, mentors us also, good faculties, gives assignment and projects, and helps with this also, helps when in need.

It was a good college, as it is raj college burdwan, college infrastructure is very good, well maintained as per other government colleges, teacher are supportive, clean classrooms, only need wifi systems.

Great campus structure.
Placements
Need placement structure , no companies visit or comes to college campus, no placement committee is present, or structure is there, needs improvement a lot in placements, as many students hope for good placements from college.

Academics
St Xavier's College academics are well organized and better in structure, and most teachers are supportive and knowledgeable. The curriculum builds a good foundation, though more practical exposure and industry-oriented activities would be helpful if it is done in the college like smart class studies for science students, but all over it is good.
College Infra
St Xavier's College has decent infrastructure with clean classrooms, a good library, computer and science labs, and a good Wi-Fi connections. The campus is well maintained, though some facilities could be upgraded for a better student experience, but it is a good college for undergraduate students.
Campus Life
Great environment, great campus life.
Placements
Placement opportunities of st Xavier's College are very limited, especially for undergraduate students. While a very few companies visit the campus, students often need to rely on higher studies or off-campus opportunities for better career growth. It would be better if the placement is taken care off, then many students will get chance for a job.

The college provides a diverse academic environment with undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in areas such as Biotechnology, Computer Science, Geography, English, Sociology, Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Application, Economics, Psychology, Data Science, Mass Communication & Journalism, and Tourism and Hospitality Management. It also offers postgraduate programmes including M.Sc. Biotechnology and M.A. English.
A major academic advantage of the college is its transition to autonomous status. Autonomy gives the institution greater academic flexibility in designing and updating its curriculum and conducting examinations. The college also states that its programmes are aligned with NEP 2020, with increasing emphasis on skill-oriented and application-based learning.
The teaching-learning process includes classroom teaching along with practical sessions, internal assessments, seminars, presentations and other academic activities. Such methods help students develop subject knowledge as well as communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Burdwan is a well-established Jesuit institution located at St. Xavier’s Road, Sripally, Burdwan. The college has developed a modern infrastructure to support academic learning, practical education, research, co-curricular activities and the overall development of students. The institution currently offers various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including B.Sc. Biotechnology, Computer Science, Commerce, Geography, English and other disciplines.
