University of Calicut (CU), Malappuram Calicut University offers facilities that give utmost importance to students' comfort. Boys Hostel
The university has separate hostels for boys. The hostel rooms are furnished and spacious. The students are provided with all the basic amenities.
Girls Hostel
Calicut University hostel facilities are for girls. The varsity has a separate hostel for girls. The hostels are offered with a friendly environment and well maintained rooms.
Medical/Hospital
The Institute has health center with first aid facility for the students.
Library
C.H.Mohammed Koya Library was established in 1971. It has more than 1 lakhs books, 8500 journals, 250 research journals and 35,000 e-books. The library also has provision for specially abled students. Calicut University library is open all days except government holidays.
Sports
University of Calicut sports facilities include a playground for outdoor sports where students can play sports like cricket, football etc.
I.T Infrastructure
The computer centre at Calicut University has hundreds of computers with internet connectivity. It helps in paperless documentation and also enables CU to conduct online exams.
Cafeteria
There are a total of five cafeterias for students at Calicut University campus. Students can eat healthy and nutritious food offered by cafeterias.
Auditorium
The Institute has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.
Alumni Associations
The Institute has a good networking for alumni association.
Transport Facility
The Institute has the transport facility for students and staff.
Banks/ATMs
There are national banks in the campus. Along with it, the university also has 7 ATMs, post office and telephone.

The university has a modern swimming pool for the students who have interest in swimming.
Gym
The Institute has Gym facility for the students.
Wifi
The university has 8 mbps rapid internet facility for its students and faculty members. The wifi is available 24x7 and can be accessed throughout the campus and hostel premises.
Guest Room/Waiting Room
The varsity has a guest house complex with three independent units - spices house, faculty house 1 and faculty house 2. The complex is located within the campus and has 40 rooms for accommodation.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of thr calicut university campus is really great while comparing it to the colleges in all around malappuram and kozhikode. It is well developed and has a well established name and has value in its name itself

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is impressive, with spacious and well-equipped classrooms. The library is vast, with a wide selection of books and digital resources. The labs are modern and well-maintained. The campus also has excellent sports facilities, including a gym and swimming pool.

It was such a wonderfully journey in this college

College Infrastructure

When to talk about the infrastructure , this college is really good as there are having tall and beautiful buildings and also there are more than enough classrooms for us and classrooms are well furnished and also labs are well equipped then the libraries so the infrastructure is really good

Hello,

Calicut University releases its allotment list in multiple phases, including trial, first, and supplementary allotments. For instance, the first and second allotments for UG courses were released in June 2024, followed by supplementary rounds in July. Admission for UG programs generally closes by late August.
