Dear for that you need to fill the application form and then you have to give an entrance exam and after on basis of that you get admission also you should get in touch with the college once in order to get better clarity.

Yes your eligible for 2019 exam for clat because at that time you will be in third year and your college will going to end. That is why you can give 2019 clat exam.
