For changing your course in same college under university of delhi you have to first withdraw your admission from college and then you will have to take fresh admission in willingly course. So firstly cancel your admission.

Hi. For NITs, candidate can be a grdaute of any stream. Apart from this, one must have studied mathematics as a compulsory subject in 12. 

For BITs, candidate must have graduation in science discipline i.e. Bsc or BCa.
