The colleges affiliated to Delhi University will announce the DU 2018 Seventh Cutoff on August 6, 2018.

It would be difficult to tell you the expected cutoff as the cutoff will be released depending on the number of vacant seats in any of the University affiliated colleges.

There are only 27 seats for the general category students for the course of LLM(2 years) in DU. The cut off for 2018 is also 27. Considering this you seem to have very less chances for admission in DU.
