No, with so high rank getting admission in du is a very tough task. Last year the OBC admission closed at the combined rank of 609 and this also in first cutoff it closed at 32 rank.

In revised LLB/LLM Admission Schedule all the applicants were advised to fill the marks of their graduation/qualifying degree and XII class marks from 17 th July till 22nd July 2018, even if they had filled during the registration process and were allowed to change their preferences of Centres

In order to get admission in DU the expected cutoff 2018 of General category is around 230-250 (marks).
