Yes, you can get admission for ba in du. Which college you get depends on your category and the course you are interested in.

It totally depends on the current merit list out by DU. DU official merit list for student of outside delhi is very high. May be you can try with it

You only need 60% marks in class 12 to be able to give DU JAT. The cut off list for admission is as follows :

You can get both BHU and DU on the basis of your ranks and marks. You can get admissions in both. Its your choice that in which you have to take the admission.

The cutoff for Maths Honors can be between 87%-96% in various colleges of DU as per the last year trends.

2017 cut off for general :18

2018 cut off for general :16

Cut off generally take the numbers near or below 20 for the general category.

Two cut off lists are released for MSc in Mathematics from DU , for counselling and college allotment.
