Yes you can get BA Hons in DU on basis of your rank, but there are less chances of BA Economics Hons. Rest you can wait for the second cutoof which is to be released soon.

you have to wait for the councelling round in colleges of du as its cutoff for bsc is too high based on 12th marks you should check its official site for getting more information regarding this 

Yes u cam get admission in Delhi Universit.u may get but keep some backup option with you.as ur marks are less comparatively to others so u would have to wait for many more cutoffs and hope cuttoff comes down till your marks ..u canget admission in other courses.be positive and
