Yes, there is CW quota in DU . A total of 5% seats are reserved for this quota course wise and college wise.

Sir, for getting Migration certificate go to the regional office of CBSE anf just tell your board roll no to them, they'll issue you new Migration certificate in two hours because migration certificate  is a necessary document and you'll require to give in Delhi University

Yes, you can do that but for that you need to cancel your admission in BHU and you need to be fully sure that you will be getting an admission in DU, because only after cancelling the admission from BHU you are eligible for admission.
