      SOL means school of open learning.It is a college under Delhi university which provides UG and PG courses for those students who want to complete their graduation and post graduation with distance mode of learning. It's a part of DU.

Yes you can apply MA English at Delhi University provided you have passed Bachelor of Arts from a recognized university securing 50% aggregate, 45% for OBC, and only passing marks are required in case of SC/ST/PWD/CW categories, you need to appear for entrance test as you  belong to non-DU

DU has released Special Drive cutoff on November 13, 2021, as per this cutoff list, for BA (His+Political science) course, admission for General category has been closed in most

The expected cut off of 2021 for M.sc Chemistry in DU for an EWS candidate  through merit based is 49 based on the previous year cut offs.

And for entrance based for an EWS candidate is 220 based on the previous year cut offs.
