It is very difficult to predict the college you can get as it depends on a number of factors like
* the number of students that apply in DU for admission
* Marks/percentage in 12th of different students applying in
my university has pretty solid infrasturcture overall and it does support students both in acacdemics and student life, even though a few things could still be better.Most colleges under DU have proper labs,especially for science students and the equipments are good enough.
At Delhi School of Economics, I find the campus academically rich with good libraries and classrooms, though infrastructure feels old in parts and could benefit from modernization and better maintenance.
