Yes you can get admission in delhi university with 82.75% science stream (gen).
However admission in north campus is unlikely but you can get colleges in south campus.
However cut off % depends on the course you are interested in, but in 3rd cut off onwards percentages drop.

Honestly infrastructure feels quite basic and outdated classrooms are functional but not modern and facilities like washroom and sitting can be overcrowded it lacs the polished campus field of private law College but it's manageable if you focus on studies
